Refund Policy

Refunds are available in the following cases:

• Cancellation by the client at least 14 business days before the start of work — full refund
• Cancellation by the client 7–13 business days before the start of work — 50% refund
• Cancellation by the client less than 7 business days before the start of work — no refund
• Inability to provide the service on the part of Building Generosity LLC — full refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

• Send a written request to info@buildinggeneros.com
• Include your contract or invoice number, payment date, and reason for the refund
• Provide your bank details for the refund transfer
• Attach copies of supporting documents (if required)

We commit to processing your request within the following timeframes:

• Acknowledgment of receipt — within 2 business days
• Review and decision — within 7 business days
• Transfer of funds to the specified account — within 14 business days after approval

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• The service has already been fully rendered and accepted by the client
• The client failed to attend scheduled meetings or consultations without prior notice
• More than 30 days have passed since the completion of the service
• The client violated the terms of the agreement or cooperation rules
